Assess Containing Books Beyond the Pale: (Amelia Sharpe 1)
Beyond the Pale is packed with passion. This sad love story is full of charm, soul mates, combined with eroticism. It will captivate you, obsess you and possess you. I was a bit hesitant giving this book a read. But I'm so glad I did. Mr Davidson is the perfect man that keeps you on your feet, full of mystery and allure. Amelia is naive and innocent but finds strength. I hated Mr Cross, but who wouldn't? I loved the suspense, the edge of the seat page turning story. Guy's involvement at the zoo

Unique, dark and quirky*SPOILERS*Amelia clearly has had a traumatic childhood, which might go to explain why she is the way she is and when she meets the handsome man next door it brings back some memories she had hoped to have forgotten. I think deep down Amelia is a sexual deviant and enjoys the attention from Guy she so lacked from her childhood but hates being out of control and this she battles with. The book is written from the perspective of that from Amelia and starts with a prologue that

This was my first exposure to EJ Wood, and I must say, I'm impressed! The book had plenty of twists and turns while keeping a quick pace. The only turn off for me was it was written from a female perspective so i kept questioning my sexuality with the desirable Mr Davidson haha..I loved the end of the book, I thought that was very well written. Can't really explain why as I don't want to give anything away, so you will have to find out for yourself. Overall I did enjoy the book and I read it

Very gripping! A brilliant tale and well written for a debut by EJ Wood. I loved the unexpected ending. What a broody Mr Davidson.Obviously, Wood is not writing chic-lit fantasies. She is a female writer with a female centered protagonist, but she is professional. Personally I feel Wood could possibly become one of the best young women thriller writers to come. I love how you can laugh one moment and be crying the next! Fantastic. And her plot: it's a riveting, page-turning with one twist and

A beautiful, sad story about true love.Beyond the Pale is one of the most beautiful and heartfelt stories I've ever had the privilege of reading. I flick back over chapters every now and then and fall even more in love with this story. It breaks my heart when I read that people say it's porn. Amelia's childhood is quite traumatic, no child should ever have to endure that suffering. If you don't read the whole book, you won't understand the story as it all unfolds towards the end. I'll admit, I

Just a story teller! E.J. Wood always dreamed of writing stories and her debut was "Beyond the Pale", a psychological romantic thriller. Beyond the Pale https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/40489755-beyond-the-paleIts sequel "Silence is Golden" is still a work in progress. She is also the author of the erotic short story "The Fantasiser" and historical fiction short story "The Forgotten Man".

Happy endings are just stories that haven't ended yet My debut psychological thriller, featuring Forensic Pathologist Amelia Sharpe (#1)Dr Amelia Sharpe, a forensic pathologist for the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. has recently moved in with close friend Claire in a prestigious cul-de-sac. When a dangerous and frivolous distraction; Guy Davidson moves in next door, she is drawn into exploring her sexuality. Guy willingly toys with her emotions and pushes the boundaries of pain and
