Comment On Based On Books New York to Dallas (In Death #33)
NEW YORK TO DALLAS is book 33 in the In Death series and it is by far the most intense one of the series. When Eve was just a rookie, she had an encounter with Isaac McQueen, a man who was a murderer and pedophile. When McQueen escapes prison and returns to his apartment again, seeking Eve out, she has no choice but to return to her past. The pages of this book are super intense and I had the creepy crawly feelings all throughout as I read it. There was something very scary and disgusting

Reread This one was brutal and had me crying till the very end, what this evil son of a b**ch did to those young girls was heartbreaking, living through Eve's memories of her past was heartbreaking, Roarke's reaction to her suffering was heartbreaking but as always their love shone a little light into the darkness. Beware rape of children is heavily prevalent here***************************************************************RereadThis was one of the most intense and heartbreaking books of this

New York to Dallas stands out in this great series as being just a bit different and not only for its title. Eve has struggled with her demons many times before but in this book she takes them on in a whole new way and comes very close to the edge on several occasions. And each time she is pulled back by Roarke - of course! There is a lot of heavy drama and a definite requirement for a box of tissues somewhere handy. Roarke and Eve discuss their relationship many times and things get very

I'm still mulling over my thoughts about this book. I enjoyed it, as I often enjoy these books, but one thought that I can't shake, now that I'm done, is the idea that this series is going to have to draw to a conclusion now. A lot of the large, overarching story threads that have been interwoven are being given answers, and I feel that, as far as the interpersonal/relationship conflicts go, not just with Eve and Roarke, but the secondary characters as well, that these have all been pretty well

#book33 and it was so fucking good!!! I'm moving into the next one. ;)J.D.Robb, you're bloody amazing. Please, please keep writing this series. I don't even care if there are 200 books! I'd still gladly read them all... <3 I just love Eve & Roarke soooooo much! I'll never get tired of this series. :) He loves me. Roarke, I mean. He loves me.Oh, so very much.Nobody did before. Before Mavis, she just wouldnt give up and leave me alone. And Feeney. But hed feel weird saying the whole love

The usual suspects.....Eve, Roarke, Peabody, McNabb etc. "The year is 2060, the city is New York, and Lt. Eve Dallas of NYPSD is hunting a sadistic pedophile who has escaped the notorious Rikers Island prison. Dallas is all too familiar with this cave dweller, having been almost killed by him years earlier when she rescued a den full of young victims who had been tortured repeatedly. Now, after years of confinement, Issac McQueen is intent on adding to his collection of young girls, kidnapping
