Interpretation During Books Indigo Blue
'I need a seriously brilliant daydream . . . because everything is far from OK . . .' When Indigo's mum announces that they're moving - just Indie, Mum and baby Misti - Indie doesn't understand. Why the hurry? Where are they going? Will her best friend, Jo, still be there for her? In a dingy old flat with a grumpy neighbour, no heating and only biscuits to eat, Indie begins to realize that her mum's got a reason for running away - a secret no one can admit . . .Rating Appertaining To Books Indigo Blue

I love this books so much. It really made an impact in me. The fact that this is Cathy Cassidy's second book ever is unreal. Incredible style. Very emotional.cathy cassidy's books are from my early tween reading days and i am so tempted to reread some of the good ones
This Book Has So much Drama In It! Its Really Good

I really enjoyed this book, it was sad and happy and fun, but real!
Indigo Blue is narrated through the eyes of Indigo, an 11 year old girl, who moves into a terrible flat with her mother and half-sister, Misty, after her mother leaves her abusive step-father. It's a middle-grade novel that deals with sensitive topics such as domestic abuse, poverty, homelessness and depression in a manner that is less intense for middle grade readers, but it isn't written in a condescending tone. Witnessing what this family has to go through is heart-wrenching.Indigo Blue might
This seriously an amazing book I am a bookworm and when I read this (my first Cathy Cassidy book), I started to look for more. Splendid ❤❤. Indigos friend looks like she doesnt want to be her friend anymore and on top of this her mum decides their moving
I felt like I needed an easy read and I found loads of books I read when I was younger so I figured why not reread a few. I didnt remember this one being quite so intense and emotional. I know that I loved it then and I really enjoyed it now but it really does deal with big issues for a childrens book.
