Chronicle In Pursuance Of Books Midnight Frost (Mythos Academy #5)

Here we go again …

Just when it seems life at Mythos Academy can’t get any more dangerous, the Reapers of Chaos manage to prove me wrong. It was just a typical night at the Library of Antiquities — until a Reaper tried to poison me. The good news is I’m still alive and kicking. The bad news is the Reaper poisoned someone else instead.

As Nike’s Champion, everyone expects me to lead the charge against the Reapers, even though I’m still hurting over what happened with Spartan warrior Logan Quinn. I’ve got to get my hands on the antidote fast — otherwise, an innocent person will die. But the only known cure is hidden in some creepy ruins — and the Reapers are sure to be waiting for me there …

Judge Based On Books Midnight Frost (Mythos Academy #5)
Gwen Frost is back and still fighting the good fight. She's been through hell --and is still recovering from near-death at the hands of her boyfriend. It's not easy. She can't sleep without having nightmares; she can't walk around without people staring and whispering. But she won't curl up and quit. When one of the Reapers poisons her boss at the library, there's no doubt the search for a cure will lead to a trap. That doesn't stop Gwen from gathering her friends and hitting the road to do

i know people who loved this series wont like my review... i like the story line of this series but i dont like jenifer's writing style..she repeats a lot of things...even i had to skip 2 3 pages once at a time bcoz i had read those things before...when she mentions statues she says it seem like they r watching her....she has repeated this soooo many times that i m sick of it...whenever grandma comes she mentions jingle jingle and her whole dressing style, her baking, we know all of these things

Can I just take a moment and reflect on the awesomeness of Jennifer Estep? Her writing is without a doubt phenomenal. I loved this series so much, that the minute I got it in my hands, I read it that day within a few hours.Plot: DA BOMB BABY! Fast-paced, action packed with loads of excitement. I can express in words how much I adored this book. It has plenty of on the edge of your seat drama, never letting up on the reader.Love: FINALLY! My spartan, how I missed you!! Let me tell you that they

Heres the cover![image error]. I have to say the girl that represents Gwen looks different. I guess its suppose to represent how Gwen has changed over the time. Anyways, the cover looks so cool! I like it.

Hmm, I didn't like it as much as Dark Frost or Crimson Frost. There is lesser action in here, lesser answers given by Nike but I guess that's for the next book. However Gwen has totally grown here, plenty capable to defend herself and be worthy to be called Nike's champion. If in the previous books she was treated like shit, in Midnight frost she becomes more of a celebrity, the person expected to protect the students and hold the reapers at bay. The good news is, Gwen fits the role. She is not

My, what an epic disappointment this series turned out to be. Not to mention, the amount of time I wasted on this! I initially thought that I'd wait for the series to conclude and then resume reading book 3 onwards. I finished books 3, 4 and 5 and I could not bring myself to read further. The books all follow a formula and if you've read the first two books, you know exactly what's gonna happen in the rest of the books. So Gwen is Nike's champion, and the chosen one to kill Loki, the eevil god of

Before reading this book, if you haven't, I really encourage you to read the novel Spartan Frost that is set right before this one. It's written in Logan's point of view and gives us an insight of his struggles after the battle at the end of Crimson Frost and it also builds the hype for this book. Some reaper is still trying to kill Gwen, (LOL, what's new? She should really invest in a great life insurance!) but this time somebody else is hurt instead of her and the team (minus Logan because he
